has a small but chequered body of work in the retail and leisure sectors.

The first mobile store in Kolkata ......for Modi Telstra.....was designed and built by us, way back in 1999. They loved it. 

When Modi Telstra was bought out by Airtel soon afterwards, we were commissioned for their first and flagship store on Park Street.

We are privileged to have worked with  Bengal Ambuja in some of  their landmark development projects. From Udita to Upohar, we were entrusted with providing design and build solutions for the residents' leisure facilities.  Much of this work was greatly appreciated. Some of it was generously featured in the media.

We were handpicked by Rupayan Jewellers, a thriving store in Behala to build their new store with the specific brief that it be distinctive from the many other jewellery stores nearby. And it was. A few years later, we were asked to design and build their new flagship at Deshapriya Park.

L'Oreal asked us to design and build a 'members only' ladies salon at the iconic Tollygunge Club.

More recently, we were selected by furniture major Featherlite to build their flagship store in the busy Topsia area. 

An open air cafe at the swank cricket stadium in Ranchi was completed just before the country wide lockdown for the pandemic.
