This is to record my sincere appreciation on your completion of the turnkey contract to convert the bare premises at South
City, Kolkata into my permanent ‘home’.
As a customer with strong likes and dislikes, I know that I have been always demanding. Finally, through series of our mutual
consultations, the designs of all the furniture, layout of the rooms and overall aesthetics fully met my expectations and have
been appreciated by others as well. The quality of work has also largely reached perfection whilst the cost had been as per
upper market standard.
More importantly, I truly appreciate your assurance for after sales service which should be your U.S.P. in this overcrowded
profession.
