Designers Guild has been associated with Bengal Ambuja's high end residential developments since 2002.

From the design and architectural detailing of their 12,000 sq. ft. leisure complex at their very first project
Udita,  to the design and build of their recreational facilities at Uttorayon in Siliguri in 2008.

Bengal Ambuja is widely acknowledged as a standard bearer  for its creativity and  experimentation. To
have been a part of this team and generously appreciated, we are grateful.

Design and architectural detailing of a 12,000 sq. ft. leisure complex for
the residents of a luxury residential development. Completed 2002.  

Major features include an open air swimming pool, a health club, facilities
for indoor games, children and yoga, a luxury restaurant and a community
hall for social and religious events.
